Just recently, when the aircond suddenly wasn’t working for whole night, It was a hard night, since if I open the window I couldn't sleep while due to the noise from outside. Next mornibg, I just readily text the agent and go to work. When i back home, I was surprised that the service is done. it's efficient!!.
